Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you cancel your order less than 7 days before the delivery date, we cannot refund your money as we have already started the process of manufacturing and inflating the balloons. For orders cancelled more than 7 days before the delivery date, a full refund will be issued, excluding state taxes.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for inflated balloons. This is because we inflate the balloons only upon order and they are specially prepared for each customer.
However, if you find that a balloon has a manufacturing defect (for example, slow leak along the seam or other defects), we will replace it free of charge. We always strive to provide high-quality products and services, so we inflate the balloons 2 hours before delivery to check for defects.
Please note that we cannot accept damaged or burst balloons returned by the customer, as we have provided you with intact balloons. We hope for your understanding and are ready to answer any questions on this matter.
